Terra Source Sourcing Terms of Service
These terms describe the use of this independent procurement inquiry website. Sending a form requests a sourcing discussion; it does not create a purchase order, reserve equipment or establish a supplier’s acceptance of your requirements.
Independent sourcing role
Terra Source Sourcing helps business buyers organize requirements, request factory quotations and compare procurement options. The service is distinct from an original manufacturer. Product names in the directory identify inquiry options and do not establish inventory, authorization, certification or a supplier relationship.
Information supplied by buyers
Provide accurate product descriptions, quantities, unit basis, destination and seasonal timing. Technical details should identify the actual tractor, hitch, dimensions and operating conditions. If a measurement or compatibility requirement is uncertain, mark it as open rather than presenting it as confirmed.
Quotation and purchasing scope
Prices, MOQ, sample costs, production lead times, payment conditions, packing and delivery responsibilities require a written supplier offer. Compare alternatives on the same configuration and destination basis. Any service fee, inspection, logistics coordination or additional work needs an agreed scope before it is treated as part of an order.
Budget and supplier-preference controls are optional purchasing inputs. Premium, mid-range and budget-friendly preferences describe buyer priorities and do not constitute verified supplier ratings. A sourcing-support benefit is subject to the stated eligibility review and is not an accepted commercial quotation.
Technical verification
The buyer and manufacturer must resolve model suitability, local requirements and acceptance criteria. Request drawings, operating instructions and parts references for the exact proposed configuration. Website guidance and illustrative images do not replace inspection, field testing or professional assessment where required.
Website use
Use the inquiry channel for legitimate business requirements. Do not send unlawful material, credentials or confidential engineering files through a public form. Links to outside references provide context; the publisher’s products and claims remain its own.
Questions and updates
Use the contact form to ask about the sourcing scope or these terms. Read the current wording before submitting a new request. A separate written purchase or service agreement governs any subsequently accepted commercial work.
